**Technical Service Administrator - Industrial Valve Repair**

This position provides outstanding service support to meet customer requirements. Coordinating the scheduling of service work for valves, this role works collaboratively with team members to ensure customer requirements are met. The Administrator supports the Service Team and provides field technicians with the necessary tools and information required to deliver exceptional support to our customers.

*Responsibilities
*
- Provide courteous, accurate and prompt customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and support of field service technicians.
- Work with industrial service team to maintain and monitor customer preventative maintenance schedules.
- Work closely with suppliers to order parts, track shipments, and ensure pricing and deliveries are met.
- Size new and replacement valves to customer requirements, working with supplier portals and sizing programs.
- Maintain desired inventory levels needed for upcoming jobs.
- Estimating on-site and in-shop service work.
- Perform parts inspection and assemble parts kits for service technicians.
- Process warranty claims from start to finish.

*Qualifications
*
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or relevant work experience.
- Must have strong time management skills, attention to detail, and deadline orientated.
- Must be able to problem solve, multitask, and the ability to adapt.
- Must be able to work independently and be self-driven.
- Must have strong computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ERP systems.
- Mechanical aptitude would be considered an asset.
- Related experience working in a fast-paced service environment is also an asset.
