The Service Host is an integral part of the dealership Service team. As a Host, you will be the initial point of contact with our service guests. You will help set appointment expectations and provide an exceptional guest experience. You are a skilled communicator and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

**To be successful in this role**:

- Proven customer service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- Previous call center or sales experience an asset.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a high-volume environment.
- Extremely organized with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Knowledge of automotive DMS and CRM systems an asset.
- Coachable, punctual, and a desire to learn.

**Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and authentic manner, and answer incoming phone calls
- Coordination of shuttle driver’s appointment schedule to ensure customer and business needs are efficiently met
- Resolve customer concerns/complaints effectively and professionally, escalating when appropriate, with the overarching goal to create positive and memorable experiences for each guest.
- Ensure customers are kept appraised of wait times, and aware of food and beverage options available to them through the Heninger café
- Assist in directing traffic into the appropriate drive-thru lanes when needed
- Ensure the customer waiting area is organized and clean
- Complete general administrative duties as required
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: From $3,250.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
