Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Duties: - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information - Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments - Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members - Assist in budgeting and financial tracking using QuickBooks - Support human resources functions, such as maintaining employee records and assisting in training development Skills: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment operation - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks - Knowledge of basic budgeting principles - Previous experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team. Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
