**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the office
- Answer phone calls, direct inquires, and provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees
- Maintain and update office records, files and databases
- Assist with timesheets, payroll, and other employee related administrative functions.
- Process purchase orders, create invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with tracking revenue from completed jobs and monitoring expenses related to production costs, materials & maintain petty cash
- Help to organize office events, including the Christmas and BBQ luncheon

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma (college or university education in business or a related field is an asset)
- Previous office administration experience with a background in a manufacturing or industrial environment considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
