The restaurant menu features local, artisanal, organic and specially imported products. We make fresh pasta, our own bread and prepare our mis en place from carefully sourced products.m Menu items are prepared a la minute._ **SERVERS** We are looking for reliable, experienced and team oriented individuals to join our front of house team. The company employs both fulltime and longterm parttime individuals in a team oriented, positive environment. The ability to be flexible and work in a self managed team is essential to this team. Wine knowledge is expected. The restaurant has many regulars and a large corporate business as well as significant business from the theatre crowd. Our servers focus on providing an exceptional experience for guests. A comprehensive medical/dental and insurance plan is available after three months of employment. If you think you would be a good fit for our team, we'd like to hear from you right away. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Requirements**: - Must have fine dining experience. - Food and wine knowledge - Physically fit and able to build custom table setups on a daily basis - Ability to work well in a team environment - Must be punctual and reliable - Applicants must possess a strong dedication toward learning, and motivation to progress in a fine dining environment. - Cleanliness, organization and the ability to work well in a positive team environment are crucial to this position. - Willingness to "do whatever it takes" to keep the restaurant in top notch condition without task to task prompt from a manager. **Qualifications and Skills** - Fine dining experience - Wine knowledge - Ability to multi task - Must have Proserve - Must be located in the City of Calgary, Alberta and have authorization to work. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: Up to $15.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - On call - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Tips Work Location: In person
