YOUR IMPACTJoin our Revenue Operations Team and support the systems and processes that drive our customer, partner, and sales success. In this role, you’ll help ensure operational efficiency by managing data, resolving complex issues, processing product and pricing updates, and supporting the sales organization with a focus on process excellence.
Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Operations, you will also act as a key liaison to corporate operations, billing, and pricing teams, while providing critical support to the SVP and broader sales teams.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Gain deep expertise in sales operations tools, processes, and systems (e.g., configuration, quoting, forecasting, rebooking)
- Develop a strong understanding of internal policies, procedures, and product offerings
- Troubleshoot system and process inefficiencies and propose long-term solutions
- Manage complex product configurations and pricing scenarios with accuracy
- Ensure clean and accurate system data in collaboration with sales teams
- Provide operational support and insights to improve sales process excellence
- Work cross-functionally with billing, pricing, and corporate operations teams
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales support or revenue operations
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI and Power Query is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across functions
