Experienced Flooring Project Manager

Ethical Flooring is a family-owned and operated retail flooring store based in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Our specialty is the supply and installation of mid to high-end brand-name flooring for residential renovations, custom-built homes and small-to-medium sized commercial projects and rental properties.

We're looking for highly driven colleague who will grow with us in our friendly and family environment. This is a position for mid-level experienced (or higher) professional who has experience within **flooring industry** already

**Responsibilities**
- **Showroom coverage a few days a week, with some Saturdays being a must. Option to work from home for the remainder of the work-hours**:

- **Preparing estimates from drawings or on-site measures**:

- **Liaise with homeowners, architects, designers and general contractors**:

- **Prepare material take-offs**:

- **Follow up on submitted bids**:

- **Control purchase orders and tracking of materials for projects**:

- **Ensure delivery timelines are met.**:

- **Organize sub-contractors**

**Qualifications**
- **Experience in flooring industry is a must (sales, project management or former installer) - 1 year+**:

- **Experience with Windows, MS Office and Excel (or Google Equivalents)**:

- **Able to manage multiple projects/tasks and adhere to strict timelines**

**Additional Benefits**

- **Generous commission pay structure ($80,000-150,000k on average or more as there's no ceiling)**:
