**Responsibilities**:
- Generate new business by prospecting and identifying potential customers in the flooring industry.
- Develop new relationships with restoration and property management clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Attend sites to conduct measurements, provide accurate estimates, and make product recommendations.
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as project managers, installers, and customer service to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide customers with the most up-to-date information and solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities, using CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the flooring industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communications and people skills.
- Ability to accurately measure and estimate flooring materials.
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
We offer a competitive salary, commission-based incentives, vehicle allowance, Company cell phone and benefits package (after 3 months), along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Pay: $65,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
