**Paralegal/Law Clerk - Plaintiff Personal Injury**

Schiffmann Law is a Toronto plaintiff personal injury law firm. We specialize in car accident claims, slip & fall claims, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, catastrophic determinations and Long Term Disability claims.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft and prepare correspondence to opposing counsel and legal documents including, Affidavits of Documents, etc;
- Diarize deadlines and ensure that deadlines are met in a timely manner;
- Initiate and maintain all client contact including meetings and calendar scheduling;
- Responsible for document management, such as scanning and faxing;
- Responsible for scheduling appointments; and
- Responsible for initiating and maintaining client contact including meetings and calendar scheduling.

**Attributes & Experience**
- Mandarin/Cantonese speaking a strong asset.
- Paralegal/Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of Civil Litigation experience.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and have superior critical thinking skills.
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
