Blue Mountains, Canada The Osler Bluff Ski Club Full time

**About the Role**:
Osler Bluff Ski Club, a private ski club nestled near Georgian Bay, is partnering with the Food Dudes, one of Toronto’s top caterers, to provide an elevated clubhouse experience. We are seeking dishwashers to join our back-of-house (BOH) team.

This seasonal position can be full-time or part-time hours. This position is hourly paid plus tips.

**Responsibilities**:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, ensuring health and safety standards are followed
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed
- Ensure the garbage and recycling are regularly taken out and areas remain tidy
- Handle kitchen cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Report any issues or malfunctions in equipment to the manager
- Assist team in their job functions to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to handle long shifts and perform repetitive tasks
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and be proactive
- Able to work cohesively with coworkers as a part of a team
- Previous BOH experience an asset
- Valid Food Handler Certificate an asset
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate near Blue Mountains, ON
