The incumbent to this position is responsible to maintain a clean environment and ensures that the kitchen tools are ready and in place for the next use.

**SEASONAL - FULL TIME**

**WAGE- $17.70**

**4 to 5 Shifts per week**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Stocks and organizes china, glass and cutlery for banquet services
- Cleans equipment and stainless steel walls in the kitchen
- Cleans dishes; removes food waste from plates, fills dishwasher and unloads dishwasher
- Sweep and mop kitchens and storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness of all storage areas
- Assist Chefs with plated meals

**WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?**
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Places importance on quality/standards of cleanliness
- Able to work quickly and safely
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to multitask effectively Must be able to works Flexible Schedule: Days or Afternoons
