As our new Manager of Small & Mid-Market sales, you will support our team as they emerge into an exploding segment that has not yet been tapped into by Absorb. You will get the opportunity to help scale our existing team to handle the massive demand in the market. With your proven track record of success, you will get the opportunity to mentor and coach a number of like-minded sales individuals. Your ability to identify trends and build pipelines will lead your team of Absorbers to uncapped success.

**What you’ll do**:

- Effectively help your team of quota-carrying salespeople, to manage a full sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasting.
- Provide support for escalations and participate directly in complex sales situations and negotiations.
- Hire, motivate, coach, and provide training to increase productivity and development of employees.
- Provide detailed activity reports, opportunity management, quotes, and forecasting as well as verbal feedback to sales management.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience and consultative sales process.
- Inspire your team through your vision and energy.
- Meet or exceed team revenue and conversion targets.
- Analyze reports to identify trends.
- Create and maintain a collaborative culture.
- Provide necessary critical feedback to direct reports.
- Conduct training on skills development, inbound sales, and learning & development topics.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience being a positive and collaborative leader.
- 3-5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success.
- SaaS-specific sales experience preferred.
- HR-related SaaS experience is a plus.
- Superior coaching skills.
- Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results.
- Personal responsibility to accomplish
- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent knowledge
