**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Generate new leads through networking, cold-calling, and other means
- Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to close
- Effectively and efficiently manage inbound leads to focus on quantity and quality
- Run discovery calls that generate value for prospects and find if there is a mutual fit
- Run personalized demos and pitches of the Meera platform and story to gain buy-in from multiple stakeholders
- Effectively manage a long-term and short-term pipeline
- Be able to handle a sale with numerous stakeholders between the price range of $60-$120k per year
- Attend trade shows and conferences as needed
- Learn the product and become an expert in it, along with the localization space.
- Work with other internal teams to help navigate the sales/buying process (marketing, CS, engineering, product, operations, finance, etc.)
- Provide feedback to marketing, CS, and product on prospect conversations to help drive new initiatives and product ideas

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience selling SAAS products to Mid Market and Enterprise Customers
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience selling marketing or advertising-based SAAS products
- Experience working with CRM software, such as Hubspot
- Experience in the Higher Education industry
- MBA or other advanced degrees

**Salary**: $80,709.00-$119,761.00 per year
