**Hiring Representatives Immediately**

We are a company that was established 5 years ago and we are growing. We are seeking individuals to add to our representative team. The positions will commence immediately with training.

**Duties**:
Provide support and guidance to field service and team.

Review service records and provide appropriate recommendations.

Plan and set sales appointments with customers.

Organize and schedule sales meetings when required.

Devise strategic plans to improve Company’s product positioning in the market space.

Monitor sales promotion activities and communicate the programs to all key accounts.

Assist in developing marketing initiatives for brand awareness.

Distribute all leave behinds & information manuals

Prepare and submit sales reports to management team.

Participate in annual business reviews and provide recommendations if needed.

Participate in industry meetings, business events, sales conferences, etc.

Manage all corporate dealings effectively and efficiently.

Address customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**

Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Good communication and people skills'

Confidence and motivation

Determination and the drive to work towards targets

The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team

Good organizational and time management skills

The resilience to deal with customers who turn you down

Attention to detail

The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets

Good business sense and a professional manner
