**Noble Motives Collective** - home to **Caposhie**, **Peau de Loup (PDL)**, and **Owl Sport** - is seeking a hands-on, systems-savvy **Fulfillment & Logistics Manager** to lead operations at our central warehouse, **The Commons**. This role is crucial to ensuring every order — whether it’s a single Owl paddle or a 10,000-unit Walmart PO — ships on time, in full, and at the lowest possible landed cost.

**About the Role**

**Core Hours**: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**Start Date**: Immediate

**Responsibilities**

**Direct-to-Consumer Fulfillment**
- Pick, pack, and ship e-comm orders within 2 business days
- Maintain accurate, efficient storage and inventory systems
- Coordinate with customer service to resolve issues and process returns

**B2B / Retail Fulfillment**
- Lead order fulfillment for wholesale partners and major retailers (Walmart, Canadian Tire, etc.)
- Manage EDI compliance: labels, ASNs, routing guides
- Coordinate POs, replenishment, and vendor-managed inventory (VMI)

**Global Logistics & Compliance**
- Generate commercial invoices, waybills, and customs documentation
- Monitor HS codes, tariffs, USMCA/CTPAT requirements
- Implement cost-saving shipping strategies (Section 321, duty drawback, etc.)

**Inventory & Reporting**
- Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Provide weekly KPI dashboards: OTIF, freight cost/unit, error rates, etc.
- Collaborate with merchandising and finance teams for demand planning

**Process & Sustainability**
- Optimize workflows using lean principles and continuous improvement
- Reduce packaging waste and lead recycling/reverse logistics programs
- Identify and deploy systems (WMS, ShipStation, SPS/EDI, etc.) to scale fulfillment

**Leadership & Culture**
- Lead and mentor warehouse fulfillment team
- Set safety protocols, SOPs, and clear goals
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and organized warehouse environment

**Please Note**

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
