We are looking for an **experienced Dispatcher** to join our team at our Vancouver office

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily dispatch operations and scheduling.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order fulfillment and delivery updates.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, drivers, and carriers.
- Negotiate competitive carrier rates to control shipping costs.
- Problem-solve and handle urgent situations quickly and efficiently.
- Update and maintain dispatch records accurately using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience** (trucking, freight, or logistics preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills; must be a **people person**.
- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure and tight deadlines.
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office** (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong skills in negotiating with carriers for the best rates.
- Must be able to work onsite at our Vancouver office, Monday to Friday.
