At the Adventure Den, we provide dog daycare and overnight boarding for cats and dogs. Our clients trust us to care for their pets like family. This is a full-time, career-focused role for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and has a genuine love for animals.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Help clients choose services, prepare quotes, and book stays
- Confirm bookings and keep clients updated throughout their pets’ stay
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and client file updates
- Offer tours to potential clients and make excellent first impressions
- Post daily photos and videos of pets online
- Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Support the team with additional operational tasks as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Highly organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Detail orientated
- comfortable working with
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has pet care experience (dogs and cats)
- Calm under pressure and confident handling challenges
- Customer service or sales experience required
- Strong tech and communication skills
- Willing to obtain Pet and Human First Aid & CPR certification
- Loves animals and treats every pet as their own
