**Char Hospitality Group** is currently seeking a passionate Social Media Specialist who is seeking to work and grow in a collaborative, positive, and creative team environment. **What you will do;**

Content Planning & Creation
- Create high-quality, original content (graphics, videos, and posts) to engage and inspire our Instagram audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight success stories, events, products, and content.

Community Management
- Engage actively with followers, responding to comments and messages and fostering positive interactions.
- Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, partners, and relevant online communities to amplify brand presence.

Brand Development & Awareness
- Maintain brand voice and tone across all social media content, ensuring consistency.

**What you need;**

Passion for marketing, social media and hospitality Previous experience in the service industry would be beneficial.

MUST include links to your Instagram account
- personal experience creation is the most important thing for us to look at. You may also include information about work you've done for other brands, but please be specific about what you were involved with and what you did for the content.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Strong writing and visual storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure impact and inform strategy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong organizational skills.
- Social Media experience - Instagram
- Videography/video editing
- Photography/photo editing
- Background in creative fields

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
