**About Us**: Nucs AI is an innovative MedTech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the clinical management of prostate cancer through cutting-edge AI-powered software solutions. Our mission is to provide personalized treatment options that improve patient outcomes and streamline clinical processes. We are currently in the exciting phase of finalizing our seed investment round and are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Founder's Associate.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist the business with daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support business development and growth strategies.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage communication with investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Support fundraising activities and investor relations.
- Participate in product development discussions and provide insights based on market needs.
- Help with administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the team.
- Contribute to marketing and market access efforts.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in the startup ecosystem and the MedTech industry.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and multitask effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Previous experience in a startup environment, MedTech sector, or the US SaMD market is highly advantageous.
