You will get a chance to contribute firsthand to the development of our extended family and team. If you are an entrepreneurial mind, aiming to be part of a business that is rapidly expanding, then this is the place to be. **As a Front of House Associate, you will focus on the following**: - "Barista" activities, i.e., preparing and serving non-alcoholic drinks for our customers, including Coffees, Matcha's, and Tea's - "Marketing" activities, working directly with the founder and our chef to launch new products, organize events, and scale new offerings - "Growth" activities, working directly with the founder to develop scalable processes and build out the Front of House team in preparation for the grand opening of our new store - As needed, our front of house associate will support the back of house team with simpler tasks, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of our products and processes **Hours & Benefits** - Tips - 4% vacation pay - Sponsored health, dental, life, and disability coverage after 6 months of tenure - 35-40 hours / week, Wed-Sun - Steady schedule, with 2 consecutive days off **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week Additional pay: - Overtime pay **Benefits**: - Dental care - Disability insurance - Discounted or free food - Extended health care - Life insurance - Store discount - Vision care Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Every Weekend - Monday to Friday Application question(s): - Are you available Wednesday to Sunday from ~12pm to ~10pm? **Experience**: - Front of House: 1 year (preferred) - Barista: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-09-16
