Our mission is to bring authentic flavours straight from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana — served with warmth, tradition, and the unmistakable taste of home.

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes including dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, rasam, and chutneys.
- Develop and maintain consistent taste, texture, and presentation in all dishes.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Ensure proper use of spices and ingredients to maintain traditional South Indian flavors.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Plan and manage kitchen inventory, food stock, and procurement.
- Train and supervise kitchen assistant chefs.
- Innovate and introduce new dishes or regional variations while maintaining authenticity.
- Collaborate with management to plan menus and special events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **South Indian Chef**, or **Specialty Cook** in a restaurant or hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of South Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques (especially dosa batter fermentation, sambar preparation, etc.).
- Ability to handle dosa tawa operations and multitask during busy service hours.
- Strong sense of taste, aroma, and presentation.
- Good time management, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and inventory control.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$45.03 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
