Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer orders in the system.
  • Ensure the correct details of orders, including quantities, product names, and prices.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with customers to clarify order details and provide status updates.
  • Resolve order discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Generate order reports and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

What We Expect from You:

  • Experience in order processing, data entry, or customer service is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and order management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A responsible and positive attitude.
