**Summary**

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our dynamic team at O'Leary Ventures. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling video content that showcases our portfolio companies and enhances our brand presence. This position is essential in communicating our vision and values through engaging visual storytelling.

**Responsibilities**
- Edit and assemble recorded footage into a polished final product that aligns with the company's branding.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project goals and vision for video content.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects, to create visually appealing graphics and animations.
- Ensure all video content meets quality standards and adheres to deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video projects.
- Maintain an organized library of video assets for easy access by team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Familiarity with Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
