Our clients needs include (but are not limited to) short form high energy videos for socials, interviews & testimonials, product demonstrations, event recaps, company ad campaigns and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Video Editor. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage, applying video colour grading techniques, creating motion graphics, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. They will collaborate closely with the production team to refine and enhance the visual and storytelling elements of a variety of video projects. The Video Editor's location is preferable in
Toronto, Ontario or New York City, but not exclusive. The job can be in-person or remote.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Video Editing
  • Experience with Video Color Grading techniques
  • Skills in creating Motion Graphics and basic Graphics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software DaVinci Resolve Studio. Proficiency in After Effects, Blender, and other related tools is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Previous experience in the video production industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field is advantageous
