**What We Will Ask of You**:As a key member of our Leadership and Behaviour Consultation team, our Clinical Supervisor (CS) plays an important role. On most days you’ll be providing clinical supervision and oversight to a team of Behaviour Consultants (BC) and Behaviour Technicians (BT) using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) within a biopsychosocial framework to support children and adults living with a developmental disability. Clinical oversight can include; regular meetings with Behaviour Consultants and Behaviour Technicians to review caseloads, client data, monitor program activities, develop curricula and ensuring Quality Assurance Measures (QAM) are adhered to throughout service delivery. This role provides supervision hours to prospective Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA), and Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) for the purpose of obtaining their professional credential in a manner that aligns with Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB) certification/supervision guidelines. The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with the Program Manager to ensure that best practices are followed and quality service is delivered while enhancing the overall quality of life and independence for individual’s accessing services.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide clinical oversight and leadership to Behaviour Consultants (BC) and Behaviour Technicians (BT)
- Provide clinical oversight and ongoing support in the development and implementation of functional behavioural assessments
- Review and approve BCS clinical programming material to ensure that recommendations are consistent with ABA, the biopsychosocial model
- Oversee treatment integrity of programming through regular field supervision sessions
- Develop training programs for service users, mediators, and group teaching as required
- Communicate agency purpose, behaviour consultation service programming to stakeholders as needed.
- Provide supervision to prospective BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs for the purpose of obtaining their professional credential in a manner that aligns with Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB) certification/supervision guidelines
- Maintain specialized caseload as directed by Program Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Board Certified Behaviour Analyst Certification in good standing required
- Completion of a BACB-approved 8-Hour Supervision course.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role within the field of ABA
- 5+ years’ experience in clinical consultation and caseload management.
- Project management and leadership experience
- Strong attention to detail, well organized with an excellent ability to prioritize, multi-task and take initiative
- Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with mediators, community partners and other stakeholders
- Ability to work flexible hours
