**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
Reporting to the Manager of Oncology, the Supervisor of Ambulatory Clinic and Program Support Lead provides leadership to facilitate smooth operations of the ambulatory department within Cancer Care at Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC). She/he is responsible for the planning and coordination of the Cancer Care Ambulatory Clinic. She/he will be responsible for ensuring ambulatory services are delivered with high quality, safety and consistency on a daily basis; supervising clerical team members to ensure services are patient-centered, timely and efficient; enabling team members to coordinate and integrate processes and encouraging ongoing performance improvement while maximizing the use of available resources to facilitate service excellence. The Supervisor of Ambulatory Clinic and Program Support Lead will support the Manager on several key programs and projects within the cancer program.
PRHC Cancer Care is a partner of Durham Regional Cancer Care (DRCC). The Supervisor of Ambulatory Clinic and Program Support Lead is responsible to collaborate with DRCC and well as other partners within CE- Regional Cancer Care to coordinate processes.

She/he collaborates with Cancer Care partners on development of shared initiatives and projects mandated by OH- CCO Ontario Health Cancer Care Ontario. Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders is a key expectation of the role. In addition to supporting the PRHC Oncology program, the Supervisor works in collaboration with the Central East Regional Cancer Program management and physicians.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:

- Baccalaureate degree
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
- Supervisory experience working in hospital setting, oncology preferred
- 2-3 years' experience in operations or project coordination
