**Job Summary**:
Breakscape Entertainment is home to several entertainment brands (Archery Games, Room Escape Ottawa and Playback Bar & Restaurant) at its popular location in Ottawa, and is looking for an experienced Events and Marketing rock star to join our team.

Our team functions as a small startup with big ambitions - hosting hundreds of events for corporate audiences, thrill-seekers and special celebrations by providing both adrenaline-pumping activity and food and drink experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between the General Managers of our brands and the large volume of daily inquiries for events both big and small
- Creating Events: Finding ways to unlock more potential in our facility by creating new and innovative events, approaching new potential clients and working with various team members to execute
- Support our brands by capturing content and planning social media initiatives
- Providing event-day support and being the point of contact for clients at large events
- Database and Relationship Building: Managing contacts and identifying opportunities for further relationship building with clients
- Identify and target growth areas for potential new markets and clients
- Flexible availability to match the needs of our event clients

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of Event Coordination or Management Experience
- Experience with social media and marketing tools and channels preferred
- Strong writing and communication skills (Must-Have)
- French language skills are an asset, but not required
