**Project Manager for Restoration/Construction Company**

**Titan Construction** has an immediate opening for the position of **Project Manager**.

**Titan Construction** is an industry leader in disaster restoration services with over 30 years of experience in the business. We provide 24/7 emergency response to the insurance industry with a wide range of services.

**Position Summary**
The Project Manager is responsible for working in conjunction with the Property Owner, Adjuster, or Insurance Company. Project Managers ensure that the projects are completed in a timely manner, on budget and to the highest quality standards. Focus is on scoping and estimating the work required to restore properties to their pre-disaster condition as well as managing trades to complete the work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with clients to develop applicable solutions that will respond to their situation and needs
- Educate the client on the process of repair, the timing of service delivery and set realistic expectations from our process
- Prepare accurate quotations through job costing and estimation, ensuring target margins are met.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to insurance stakeholders, homeowners, and property managers.
- Build, lead and deploy quality teams to achieve the objectives of our corporate strategic plan.
- Ensure that the company health and safety policies and procedures are followed and that all sub-trades are up to date with all health and safety procedures and training.
- Develop a performance management process with all employees having regular feedback and specific development plans.
- Ensure project requirements are being fulfilled and deadlines and milestones are achieved
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and act as a prime liaison with policy holders and adjustors
- Resolve disputes and complaints, where possible
- Generate new leads through relationships with adjusters and property managers

**Qualifications, Education & Experience**
- Minimum 5 years experience in the restoration/emergency industry
- Experience using Xactimate
- Proficiency in MS Office Skills (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Water Remediation Technician (WRT) certification
- Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician certification (FSRT) would be an asset
- Knowledge with the Project Management System DASH would be an asset
- Detailed understanding of reconstruction practices for property that has suffered water, wind, mould, fire and vandalism damages
- Knowledge of building codes and electrical, or plumbing, or mechanical and related codes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Basic accounting competency with an understanding of invoicing, billing procedures
- Excellent leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
- Analytical, detail oriented, hands on, and a team player.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to deal with customers under stressful situations.
- Skilled at management of multiple projects, opportunity analysis and decision-making

**Experience**:

- Restoration/emergency industry: 3 years (required)
