**AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION REPAIR ESTIMATOR**

Here we GROW again and with growth, comes a new opportunity The Don-Mor Automotive Group is now looking to add an additional **Automotive Collision Repair** **Estimator **to our team. Our customers expect a high level of service, quality, and professionalism. This position is responsible for completing the entire process of collision estimates that are sent to insurance partners.

- Experience with auto claims is an asset
- With G or G2 license and clean driving records
- **Your Experience**_
- 2+ years of estimating experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the collision repair process
- **Your Education**_
- Mitchell and Qapter trainings would be considered as an asset
- Educational background related to the automotive industry is an asset
- **What are your responsibilities?**_

With a focus on timely results, this position will work with a high level of expertise in the full cycle of estimating.
- **Specific Responsibilities include**:_
- Ask the standard estimate questions
- Assess/analyze the vehicle damage, take all required photographs (interior and exterior)
- Evaluate damages and write repair estimates for customers
- Review the vehicle with the customer to understand what has taken place to cause the damage
- Advise the customer of the assessment findings and the next steps
- Staying focused when balancing tasks
- Review synopsis provided by the insurance company if available
- Prepare a thorough and accurate repair estimate to the insurance companies in accordance with the insurance guidelines
- Request and oversee the vehicle teardown and repair planning with Autobody Repair Technicians
- Prepare and submit supplements to the insurance company based on the discovery of hidden damage
- Order or coordinate the ordering of parts
- Communicate to customers, insurance adjusters and customer service representatives throughout the repair process
