**Job Summary**:
We are looking for two hardworking, self-motivated individuals to assist in our estimator department. The estimator is responsible for managing the entire process of completing collision estimates that our sent to our insurance partners.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multi-task
- Knowledge and understanding of the collision repair process
- Mitchell and Audatex training would be considered as asset

**Responsibilities and Duties**

In this role you will be responsible to:

- Ask the standard estimate questions
- Review the vehicle with the customer to understand what has taken place to cause the damage.
- Review synopsis provided by the insurance company, if available
- Assess/analyze the vehicle damage including taking all required photographs (interior and exterior)
- Advise the customer of the findings of the assessment and the next steps
- Prepare a thorough and accurate repair of the assessment and the next steps
- Complete and submit repair estimates to insurance companies in accordance to the insurance guidelines
- Request and oversee the vehicle tear down and repair planning with Body Repair Technicians
- Prepare and submit supplements to the insurance company based on the discovery of hidden damage
- Order or coordinate the ordering of parts
- Communicate to customers, insurance adjusters, and customer service representatives throughout the repair process
