Duties and responsibilities for the position include:

- Explaining the estimate and repair process with customers and acting as a customer service contact throughout the process
- Supervising vehicle disassembly process for repair planning
- Following insurance company guidelines and submitting repair estimates and photos
- Making accurate and complete estimates using Audatex and Mitchell platforms.
- Preparing and submitting supplements to the insurance company
- Ordering or coordinating the ordering of required parts
- Communicating with customers, insurance adjusters and customer service representatives throughout the repair process.

Required skills include:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven problem solving abilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of the collision repair process.
