**Jr. Sales Rep/Inside Sales - Remote - North America (full time)**

**About the Opportunity**
Flawless Inbound is looking for a Jr. Sales Rep who understands the power of a collaborative sales process and is comfortable selling **Technology Solutions.**
We are looking for a Jr. Sales Rep/Inside Sales who is coachable and willing to learn a new sales process.
In this role, the Jr. Sales Rep will be responsible for handling warm and/or cold leads. Starting with the awareness of the prospects top business challenges or goals, through the sales process including a series of questions to identify and understand what technology solution will fit best the prospect’s business challenges, requirement and goals. From there, the Jr. Sales Rep will determine which services from the Flawless technology and services stack the prospect would benefit from - what software implementation and/or consulting will be required.
**What will you be selling?**
HubSpot Implementation
- HubSpot CRM/Sales Hub
- HubSpot Marketing Hub
- HubSpot Service Hub (Ticketing system)
**Your Impact**:
1. You will be responsible for a quota in a specific region to sell professional service contracts that will include consulting, implementation services, and system integration for B2B Small to Mid-Size organizations
2. You will use our CRM and sales processes to generate net new leads and prospecting, through outbound calling, LinkedIn and other sales tools
3. You will plan and handoff to Sr. Sales Rep to close deals
4. You know how to sell through distance and use contacts and list building platforms like zoominfo
5. You will make 25 connect calls a week to Decision maker of SMB’s
6. Book Qualified discovery calls from outbound activities with conversion ratio of 15%
**About You**:
1. You have good attention to detail
2. You are a self-starter and very good with time management
3. You focus on moving deals forward in the sales pipeline
4. You are very good with sales follow up and building calls to action to move deals forward
5. You are very good in documenting conversations
6. You are able to identify and plan the right technical resources needed to help you move the deal forward to win the contract
7. Preferably some experience using CRM
9. Preferably some experience in cold calling following scripts
10. You will need to attend and participate in weekly forecast calls with your team and your Sales leader
**Highly Desired Skills**:
1. University degree/college diploma or equivalent work experience
2. Some sales experience in Software or Business Services for B2B clients (Director level, Financial/Marketing/Sales/Operation)
3. Ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close a sale
4. Results-driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude
5. Able to effectively communicate in English with clients and internally with teams through all available mediums
6. You have high energy, and are very good at collaborating with other members of the sales and marketing teams
7. You can work effectively in a remote team environment
8. You are coachable and willing to learn and optimize your process and follow the Flawless Inbound Sales Framework
10. You understand the B2B Buyers journey including but not limited to:
- booking and conducting discovery meetings and demos,
- proper hand off to Sr. Sales Rep to close
11. You have social selling experience or are willing to learn - especially with LinkedIn
12. You accept constructive feedback and can adjust to given directions and training
