Our Inside Sales Reps cultivate and develop relationships within our existing customer base and provide superior levels of sales & service. You will be responsible for retaining and developing business by presenting just the right products for our customer’s needs. You will be assisting our customers in making decisions around employee &/or customer appreciation ideas and overall marketing ideas Myron’s product line can bring. Our products vary from writing instruments, to drinkware to apparel and are all custom printed & decorated to our customers desire A key to being successful in this role? Having the ability to engage in strategic conversations with businesses across North America from various industries by voice or digital communications.
**What we're looking for**:
- 1-2 years in sales, preferably Business to Business
- Past success in negotiating and closing sales. We’re **not**: looking for Customer Service only skills, we’re looking for strong sales people who have the ability to develop long standing relationships with their customers
- Ability to rise to the challenge of sales and the work needed to change a No to a Yes
- Someone with great experience but who isn’t afraid to listen to feedback to keep improving
- Great work ethic and commitment
**What we offer**:
- Full time hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm, Fridays 9am to 4:30pm
- Hourly rate + commission. Guaranteed at least $20/hour for first 3 months; $16.50 afterwards
- Ability to work from home with no distractions.
- Hybrid in office/work from home schedule (**must be able to work in office 3 days/week**:). Our office is located at Markham Rd/401.
- Casual dress code (but please use common sense)
- Comprehensive Health and Dental plan
- Company sponsored RRSP
