- Prior Medical Office Assistant experience is an asset but is not essential.
- A tech-savvy attitude with proficiency in electronic health records systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor that puts patients at ease.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all paperwork and documentation is error-free.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to provide exceptional patient care.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
- **Able to communicate in Mandarin and /or Cantonese (required)**

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC V6X 2E3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
