C&C Electrical Mechanical; a part of the Advantage One Group which includes Centurion Contracting, Royal City Fire, and NovaWest Electrical, has an exciting opening within our Projects Department which has room for growth & career development opportunities. We are looking for a motivated Project Manager Assistant to join our team and grow with us.

**Roles/Responsibilities**:

- Assist project managers with overall project performance including costs, schedule, status
- Project invoicing
- Creating new job files
- Saving/filing scopes, drawings, reports, pictures, correspondence, etc.
- Being a portal for correspondence between homeowners, customers, Project Managers and Estimators
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with trades and customers
- Other duties as per project management

**Qualifications /Experience Requirements**:

- 2 years of administrative experience (mechanical/construction environment an asset)
- Strata industry experience an asset
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
- Experience with QuickBooks an asset
- Comfortable with basic math

**Other Skills/ Abilities**:

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and duties according to deadlines
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Self-motivated
- Strong work ethic a requirement
- Attention to detail a requirement

**Compensation**:

- Based on Experience
- Potential range of $40,000-$50,000 per year to start
- On site gym
- Room for growth

**You must be living in Canada and possess a valid work permit, no out of country applicants please.**

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
