**Who we're searching for**:
**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sales of wood flooring product accessories to a specific customer.
- Manage regular and/or commercial and/or project accounts.
- Develop and maintain the customer base and establish a high-level ongoing relationship with their accounts.
- Helping customers with their selections and providing them with samples.
- Maintaining and updating all showroom displays and providing assistance.
- Ensure all orders are entered and processed accurately.
- Provide detailed follow-up on all orders ensuring that the customer receives current promotions, product launches, and other company updates.
- Assist sales in planning company events.
- Provide complete order fulfillment service to ensure objectives are met while exceeding customer expectations.
- Communicate and follow up on all sales and customer service-related inquiries of existing and prospective clients.
- Manage, maintain, and update the database of existing and prospective clients.
- Provide order entry and administration support.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in Sales/Customer Service or relevant field.
- Dependable/Reliable/Adaptable with excellent Judgement.
- Professionalism, highly productive, ability to learn quickly.
- Analytical, Computer/Microsoft proficient.
- Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking in client/project meetings.
- Self-managed and highly motivated.
- This is a full-time Mon - Fri position offering a comprehensive benefits package._
