Customer Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Executing the strategic sales plan to grow the Train Wreck brand in line with business goals
- Pursuing new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase sales
- Improving CRM databases and optimizing customer communication systems
- Working with the BCLDB to list products, implement and monitor sales and marketing initiatives
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitors’ products, pricing and promotions
- Participate in events, tastings, festivals and work with our team to explore new sales and promotional opportunities
- Reporting on targets and sales projections
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Craft Beer Sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is an asset
- Passion for and knowledge about Craft Beer, the brewing process, beer styles and flavour profiles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively and problem solve quickly
- Strong organizational skills to manage time, territories and resources efficiently
- Ability and willingness to travel on occasion
- Self-motivated, results-orientated mindset with the ability to work independently
- The ability to lift heavy loads
- Previous CRM experience is an asset
- Valid BC driver's license and your own vehicle

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
