Crest Mechanical Corp is growing, and we’re looking for driven, outgoing **Door-to-Door Sales Representatives** to promote residential **heat pump systems**, **dual-fuel heat pump systems**, and other rebate programs offered by FortisBC, CleanBC, and related local incentive schemes. Full training will be given in product knowledge, rebate eligibility, and the sales process.

- We’re a Surrey, British Columbia-based HVAC contractor, offering full services in **heating, cooling, gas, plumbing, furnaces, boilers, air conditioning, drainage**, and more. We specialise in Fully Electric heat pump installation and maintenance, including dual fuel systems (electric heat pump + gas furnace) to provide homeowners with comfort, flexibility, and energy efficiency. Crest Mechanical is certified and affiliated, and we are a member of the Home Performance Contractors Network, as well as recognized by regulatory and rebate program certification requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Knock on doors in residential neighbourhoods, talk with homeowners about the benefits of heat pumps and dual fuel systems.
- Explain the available rebates/incentives (CleanBC, FortisBC, municipal top-ups) and financing options.
- Book appointments for in-home consultations with senior sales advisors who will assess heating/cooling needs.
- Track and follow up leads, manage appointments.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in door-to-door sales, HVAC sales, customer service, or related fields is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working outdoors.
- Smartphone required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Compensation**
- **Base Pay**: $17.85-$18.00/hour
- **Commission**: Additional earnings on top of base pay for each successful sale.
- **Bonuses**: Weekly or monthly bonuses for reaching targets.
