This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, securing new accounts, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers, expand market share, and grow a diverse client base across all market segments.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients by ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs.
- Keep customer profiles and activities updated in the CRM system.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insight and refine sales strategies.
- Set clear performance expectations, track sales effectiveness, and align compensation and growth opportunities with tangible results.
- Open-minded and willing to take on a variety of tasks, including those outside the core sales responsibilities, to help build and grow the sales territory.
- Values face-to-face interactions, and is confident in traveling to pursue new opportunities.
- Work closely with administrative, production, and internal teams to identify customer needs and ensure timely product delivery.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote Ranco Lubes products and expand the network of potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customers.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor offerings, and new product innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Any other related activities that may be in the job description.
**Qualifications**:
- Sales experience and knowledge in automotive and industrial fluids and greases.
- Experience in B2B environments.
- Excellent organization, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and travel within the designated sales territory required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English spoken and written.
