**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal use of time for both staff and clients.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access to information as needed.
- Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations that support office functions.
- Assist with billing processes and manage patient information in a dental or medical office setting.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while handling incoming calls and messages efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance overall productivity.
**Skills**
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information in a medical office environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and colleagues.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
