**Position Objective**

To cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to specifications while ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Cut and prepare meat species with knives, cutters, and saws.
- Package and label customer orders.
- Maintain a clean work area and safe working conditions.
- Follow HACCP and company health & safety procedures.
- Report any deviations to the Lead Hand.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Grade 12 education.
- At least 2 years experience in meat cutting, OR completion of a recognized meat processing program.
- Strong knife skills required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive movements.
- Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Starting Wage: $22.00/hour (based on experience)
