You are great at identifying opportunities by reviewing client data and claims experience to support your recommendations with the insurance carriers to come up with the best resolution for the client. **What you’ll do as a Financial Analyst, Renewals**: **Coordinate**: with Account Executives for direction on 20%+ renewal offerings, and/or erroneous situations and all advisor communication **Analyze**: and negotiate group renewals, 35 lives and under, from insurers for accuracy and completeness, and work with insurers until renewals are accepted **Prepare**: reports for advisors based on findings and recommendations for insured renewals **Build relationships**: with carriers, internal team members, and provide excellent customer service Grow - your skills and knowledge especially as it relates to the Group Benefits industry.
