**Summary**

Reporting to the Construction Manager Earthworks & Distribution, the Construction Operations Summer Student position requires an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated individual who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges. The role involves working alongside team members with extensive and diverse experience within Field Operations, such as Foreperson’s and Construction Supervisors

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in a diploma/degree program.
- Prior internship experience or relevant extracurricular activities is considered an asset.

**Skills**
- Knowledge and experience using power & hand tools
- Attention to detail
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

**Duties**
- Collaborate alongside experienced professionals to assist in various field operations
- Precisely follow standard operating procedures
- Gather and assemble material and deliver to the jobsite
- Organize tools and materials for the site crews
- Maintain a clean worksite and equipment

- Must have a Class 5 Driver’s License
