**Billzee’s Kitchen** is a new family styled restaurant opening in mid-February in the downtown core of Cochrane, Alberta. Our restaurant is a unique experience offering weekend buffets, full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu, as well as being open 24 hours a day. Our meals are prepared from scratch using homemade recipes with quality and flavor as our main focus. Employees will learn multiple cooking techniques, food preparation, along with a diversity of day-to-day operations.
**We are currently hiring assistant managers (Full time/Permanent) with the following qualities**:
- A solid background of operating inside of a professional kitchen.
- Extensive experience as a commercial cook.
- Ability to lead the entire team from cooks, servers, bar tenders, etc.
- Adherence and guidance in following company procedures.
- Digital device component..
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and professional.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the manager in the day to day operations of the Kitchen and staff.
- Assist on staff scheduling
- Staff training
- Problem solving
- Ensure company procedures are strictly adhered to
- Ensure high quality meals are prepared and served/delivered
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
**Required Work Experience**
- Experience in restaurant management essential
- Previous commercial cooking experience required

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
