**Role Description**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves generating new leads, managing customer accounts, assisting with large tenders/RFQ, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and processing orders.

The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers to provide them with the best possible experience.

**Proven track record in Sales**
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn and process new and upcoming technologies and programs for providing detailed product information to clients.

**Qualifications**
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
