Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a results-oriented **Service Advisor **at the Richmond, BC location.

The **Service Advisor **reports to the Service Manager and is directly responsible for being the link between our customers and shop, listening to customer concerns, assessing their needs and keeping their informed on the progress of their repair.

**_You will be accountable for: _**
- Greeting customers and offering excellent customer service from intake to the release of their vehicles
- Answering phone calls and assisting walk-in customers
- Translating customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
- Ordering necessary parts from suppliers and double-check that they are delivered to technicians
- Ensuring the automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
- Invoicing and collecting payments from customers for services rendered
- Handing and resolving customer complaints regarding services
- Maintaining customer records and entering data into the computer database

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- A valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract
- High School Diploma, G.E.D or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 or more years of experience as a Service Advisor is preferred
- DMS experience, specifically PBS is considered an asset
- Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management
- Strong computer skills
