Champlain Service is looking for a highly motivated individual that is willing to learn, be present daily and likes to take on new challenges. We are a shop that has a diverse cliental ranging from heavy duty vehicles to ambulances to your regular car and truck. We have been in business for over 25 years and are well established in the community. We are looking to hire an experienced service writer that likes working with people, wanting a long-term position with our company and has a passion for the trade.

Within this job, you will be responsible for:

- answering and making phone calls to clientele
- assisting with fleet management
- processing a full transaction (creation of appointments, starting an invoice, payment)
- ordering parts, tires, etc.
- able to work independently and as a team
- friendly and happy to customers
- be customer focused
- great with computer skills
- understand the costar and Mitchell programs for automotive
- 3-5 year experience as a past service advisor, with the automotive knowledge
- confident and willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
