**About You**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the processing of therapist payroll and address documentation concerns under the guidance of the Clinical Manager.
- Utilize the EHR system to update clinical note templates.
- Serve as a central point of contact for therapists and the care coordinators, offering assistance, answering queries, and facilitating coordination.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new therapists, helping with integration and directing training sessions.
- Create and oversee Wellness Programs to enhance client care.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of therapist files, ensuring that essential documents are kept up-to-date and securely filed.
- Remain informed regarding CMS requirements, clinical resources, ethical codes.
- Assist the Clinical Manager in the development of handbooks, policies and other clinical protocols as directed.
- Present additions for the platform (ex. Clinical scales/assessments, technical improvements, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, human resources, administration, business management).
- Experience working in a professional office setting is preferred.
- Must be proactive and driven, demonstrating a strong initiative and a keen desire for career growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of clinical documentation and licensing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in the delivery of therapy services.

Pay: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
