**Your tasks at a glance**
- You assist during the pre-op exams and fill the patient’s charts accurately.
- You answer patient’s questions and ensure the best service.
- You work closely with Optometrists.
- You update the appointment system after every patient's consultation.
- You confirm by phone post-operative appointments.
- You will be cross-trained to work in other clinic positions, such as Receptionist.

**A clear view of your assets**
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
- You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
- You have an interest in the medical field and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- You find it easy to connect with others and quickly build trust.
- Your experience in the health care field is considered an asset (ex: optometry assistant, orderly, dental assistant, pharmacy lab technician, sterilization assistant, animal health technician assistant, etc.).
- ** Schedule**: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Saturday (8:00 pm-4:00 pm) for three shifts per week.
- ** Required**: You are comfortable traveling between our LASIK MD Edmonton South, LASIK MD Edmonton North West & King LASIK locations.
