Join our team as a Clinic Assistant and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Setting up the blood pressure table and electronics.
- Thoroughly sanitizing the blood pressure table and machine before and after each use.
- Configuring computers and live schedules.
- Assisting students with cleaning and setup tasks.
- Supporting spa setup, including hot stone products and providing necessary supplies for students.
- Retrieving clients' files and iPads from the front desk.
- Setting up client slideshows if required.
- Recording student and client information in tracking binders.
- Assisting students and clients as needed.
- Helping students with SOAP notes.
- Performing delegated responsibilities from the Clinic Instructor.
- Assisting with student orientations.
- Communicating client and student concerns to Clinic Instructors.
- Reporting any immediate medical or personal issues with clients or students to the Clinic Instructor.
- Restocking and sanitizing supply carts/refill stations and individual stations at the end of each clinic shift.
- Sanitizing the desk/clinic cart when necessary.
- Ensuring cleanliness and setup for the next day, including blood pressure equipment.
- Returning all clinic cart supplies and electronics at the end of the day.

**Education and skills**:

- High school diploma or GED
- In the process of completing a Certificate or Diploma of Massage Therapy from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
- Previous experience in an educational setting is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Have the ability to motivate and excite students about massage therapy and participating in the clinic
- The ability to establish and maintain constructive relationships
